IKO Cambridge Architectural Shingles

IKO® Cambridge® architectural laminated shingles are the standard shingle we install at Quinn Exteriors Ltd

They come in a wide range of colour options, our personal favorites are Driftwood and Weatherwood, combining multiple tones into a unique blend that match many types of siding

Special colourfast granules embedded in Cambridge shingles help inhibit the growth of blue-green algae that can cause unattractive black stains, streaks, and discolouration.

Key features of Cambridge Shingles:

1. Tough adhesive: Five strips of IKOs tough, construction-grade adhesive laminating the shim to the tooth
2. Stay-put bonding: IKOs proprietary FastLock® sealant strips get extra tacky when activated by the heat of the sun to maximize bonding and protect against wind uplift and blow-off
3. Fiberglass mat core strength: IKOs fiberglass mat is coated top and bottom with weathering asphalt, then surfaced with coloured granules for exceptional durability and structural integrity
4. Built-in algae resistance: Algae-resistant granules help inhibit the growth of blue-green algae, which can cause unsightly black streaks, stains, or discolouration
